The vehicle is able to carry 3 passengers with luggage in the front part and the rear part can be transformed to accommodate two more people.
The driver can make his destination and availability known to pedestrians by displaying information on the right-hand side panel of the vehicle.The pedestrians, on their side, can request being picked up to stationary Osmose drivers by drawing their attention, or by using a WAP phone that will communicate with the most suitable Osmose travelling to their desired destination. If the contact is made through a WAP phone, the vehicle is able to locate the call and the driver can resend a confirmation message by giving his registration.
Osmose has a rear view camera system that transmits the information on the center of the steering wheel on-screen. The screen also displays road traffic information. Osmose has a hybrid traction mode that guarantees both good autonomy and environmental compliance thanks to its all-electric use (Zero Emission Vehicle mode). The ZEV mode allows, in particular, movements in the restricted areas of the city centers. In addition, Osmose can help improve the quality of ambient air through a solar energy filter which regenerates the intake of air before it is vented out into the atmosphere. Osmose helps the city to breathe.
